These terms govern the technical and strategic partnership between TechBytes EA and our clients. By initializing our services, you accept these operational protocols.
01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the TechBytes website or utilizing our managed services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("Client") and TechBytes EA ("The Firm").
02. Scope of Service
TechBytes provides Enterprise Architecture, Managed IT Services, and Strategic Advisory. The specific deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements are defined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) for each project.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to upgrade infrastructure or protocols to maintain system security.
- Third-Party Nodes: Services may depend on providers like Vercel, Supabase, or AWS; their respective terms also apply.
03. Financial Protocols
Payment terms are 50% upfront for project initialization and 50% upon milestone completion, unless otherwise specified in your SOW.
04. Intellectual Property
All custom code developed specifically for a client becomes the property of said client upon final payment. However, TechBytes retains ownership of its proprietary "core frameworks," "Webby-logic," and pre-existing architectural templates.
05. Limitation of Liability
TechBytes EA provides high-performance solutions but does not guarantee that the systems will be 100% free of downtime or external security breaches. In no event shall TechBytes be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from system use.
